What is there to say about the European stronghold on American grounds if not that it is the perfect destination to get to Europe without the cost? Activities abound in all seasons: in winter, the magical and renowned Québec Carnival heats up the city and in summer, you can feast your eyes on the colourful festivals, street performers and the majestic Saint-Lawrence River. One cannot overlook the past, here still very much present, which awaits visitors to teach them about their origins.
